Please contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization number within 5 days of receipt of the order. To get full refund, the product must be in the original packaging and must be unopened.
- Customer must pay for return shipping.
- Original Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged products?
If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping, contact
customer service.
Note: It is your responsibility to ensure that the package(s) you
receive are in good condition i.e. no damages are visible on the outside
of the package(s).
Should you observe physical damage to a package or if you suspect
that the content of a package may be damaged you should reject the
package. Always make a note as appropriate, indicating the reason for
rejection or reservation, on the receiving document before you accept or
reject a package.
